Resolutions resolved

Win the battle of the mind. Win the mental game. Stop torturing yourself. Here are some thoughts if you are already thinking about quitting on your New Year’s resolutions:

1) Stop quitting and start finishing. Focus on crossing the finish line!

2) Say to yourself “this time is for real, a new me is emerging”. I do have the will to finish what I started!

3) Go for at least 30 days and new habits will be formed. Replace the old with the new!

4) Keep the rewards at the forefront. Feel the rewards already being part of you, the new you!

5) Focus on the great future including the new you. Think of shedding the pieces of the old self to make space for the new you!

6) Stop rationalizing, telling yourself rational lies. Be true to yourself. You are worthy of accomplishing what you have set forth!

7) Put self on cruise control, auto pilot. Don’t keep thinking back why you are putting yourself through it. A decision was made to change so stick to it and you will be better for it!

Be blessed and be a blessing to others!
