belief and high tolerance for uncertainty and complexity.

action without knowing all the details.
4. Have fear of
failure.
Failure is an event; failure does
not define who you are and your future accomplishments.
Success is going from
failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm for living.
5. Are an
amateur.
Professionals put leadership as a priority in their lives.
Professionals make the time
to prepare when amateurs are slacking.

change agent.
Environment change agents
are masters for modeling the vital behaviors of success.
Leaders make a difference in people's lives.
