When the AIDS epidemic broke out in the US and the authorities did not know what to do, the church nuns were invited to take care of the sick because no one else wanted to do so. In Brazil, until 1950, when there was no public health policy or government health assistance, it was the charity houses of the Catholic Church that looked after people who could not afford a hospital.

Regardless of religion, it is necessary to recognize that the CATHOLIC CHURCH, criticized and judged for doing nothing, lives to help others. Do you know why it is being judged?
