What is your story?

The pictures we create become our reality.

1.      Is the list of what is important in your life right in front of you? Create a clear pictured for each item.

2.      What are the images you are creating for yourself? Imagination is more important than knowledge. Have your imagination guide your life.

3.      Do you know who you are, what you believe in, and who you want to become? Without faith we are absolutely nothing.

4.      If you are not where you would like to be in life then isn’t it time to stop listening to yourself? There are times in our lives we must start speaking to ourselves.

5.      How well do you know your purpose, your cause, and your life story? No purpose, no story.

6.      Are you creating a great story so you can share it with generations to come? There is a story only you can create.

7.      Where can you find security? Security today is not in a job or a pension or mansion or land or gold or silver; security today is in the quality of our thinking, learning and doing.

Angry or Hungry?

Angry or Hungry?

1.      What is Anger, Rage or Anxiety telling you? Turn the ARA into a force for good.

2.      How we deal with loses or failures separate winners from losers. How bad do you want to win?

3.      True leaders never find themselves in helpless situations. Are you the one in one thousand willing to master the skills and abilities in order to lead?

4.      Find the positive in your negative emotions. It is easy to find the negative in positive situations.

5.      Happiness is a miserable goal, but a valuable experience. Happiness is a by-product of who we are.

6.      Work turns into productivity when there is a scorecard associated with it. What is your scorecard telling you?

7.      Give words to your living and living to your words.  Are you at least doing what you are promising you will do?

Choose to respond

1.      Freedom is lost when we succumb to our passing desires for things that aren’t in our control.

2.      Freedom comes from accepting the limits of our own power and the natural limits set in place by divine providence.

3.      Live by principles (response) rather than by raw impulses (reaction).

4.      Avoid adopting other people’s negative views. We have our own to deal with.

5.      Other people’s views and troubles can be contagious. Maintain the proper distance.

6.      The divine will has assigned us our roles in life without our consent. Play to the best of your abilities.

7.      Our business is to act our given role in life as best as we can. Refrain from complaining about the cards you were dealt with.

On a Serious Note

It pays to take the higher road

1.      Be empathetic and not sympathetic. In order to help others get out of their predicaments we meet them where they are and help them see a way out.

2.      Always take the higher road. Be responsive, not reactive. Know how to lose if you even want to be a champion. Look what happened to Uruguay and Colombia in the 2014 world cup soccer. 

3.      Confront your wants and expectations with reality. The sooner we face our facts, as brutal as they may be, the sooner we can start our journey to freedom.

4.      Obey the laws. Life and nature are governed by laws that we can’t change. Figure out how to have to laws work in your favor.

5.      Be careful what you wish for. We are ultimately controlled by that which bestows or removes what we seek or avoid.

6.      Desire the right things. Seek freedom and stay away from people living a frivolous life, unless you desire to be a helpless slave.

7.      Chase freedom. Freedom is not the right or ability to do whatever we please; we can only become free by accepting life’s limits and inevitabilities; working with, not against them.

Freedom is not free

Let Freedom Reign

Spiritual, Economic, and Political freedoms are what makes a society prosper.

It is easy to lose what we don’t know we have.

Do we know what your freedoms are and what we you doing to protect them for future generations?

1.      Freedom is priceless. How do we value our freedoms? The hard way is to lose the freedom we have.

2.      Freedom is sacred. Freedom is a God-given right to be understood and fought for.

3.      Freedom is essential for liberty. Without freedom tyranny reigns and society suffers.

4.      Freedom is the production of sacred things. We are always one generation away from losing our freedoms. Are we willing to fight for our freedoms or are we just let them be taken away little by little?

5.      Freedom is earned. Past generations fought for the freedoms we have today. We better understand them and protect them.

6.      Freedom is always under attack. Powerful governments and exploiters are the encroachers of freedoms. How close are we keeping an eye on them?

7.      Freedom is not free. Freedom is well worth the price we have to pay for.

Fix it!

Got issues? Up to your eyeballs? We all do, don’t we? Only you can fix them, so let’s get going.

1.      Begin your self-mastery program today. Procrastination is the enemy of greatness.

2.      Start modestly with small steps by fixing the little things that bother you. Peaceful living comes from self-mastery.

3.      Pay no attention to things that don’t concern you. What other people think of us is none of our business.

4.      It is ok to be thought foolish and simple with regard to matters that don’t concern us. Most successful people looked foolish at some point in their journeys.

5.      Never be concerned with other people’s impressions of you. Be concerned in doing the right things right.

6.      Most people are dazzled and deluded by appearances. Focus on internal matters.

7.      Refrain from trying to win other people’s approval and admiration; yours is sufficient. The right people will eventually see the greatness in you.
