Know Who You Are

Know Who You Are

Understand who you are so you can understand others.

1.      Forget yourself if you want to see yourself more clearly. Why not try to get out of yourself for a change?

2.      Love has the power to heal old wounds. Are you in need of healing?

3.      Complaining will never improve anything. So why complain? Be a problem solver.

4.      Don’t be such a stranger to yourself. How well do you know who you are?

5.      Despite our many imperfections we can still harness the power of love. Have you felt the power of love? Know the different kinds of love.

6.      You will only have true compassion after being through the deep valley of despair. Are we there yet? Suffering is a divine favor. It is only through suffering we find our greatness.

7.      We only get our life back by giving it away for the benefit of others. Why don’t you try it?

You are free to share these nuggets with others. We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give. Be a giver in a world of takers.

Be blessed and be a blessing to others.

Power Source

Power Source

Where does your power comes from?

1.      Have faith, you are bigger than any of your problems. We don’t lack intelligence, we lack faith. Increase your faith and your problems become smaller.

2.      God’s delays are not His denials. His timeline is normally different than ours.

3.      Today is the day He made, rejoice and be glad in it. Count your blessings instead of going through the day moaning and groaning.

4.      If God be with you, who can be against you? Imagine having that much power available to you.

5.      You can do anything by using His power that flows through you. How big is your dream for His glory?

6.      Appreciate all blessings bestowed upon you. Can you count your 100 blessings? I bet you can. You will never be the same again.

7.      You are the cumulative effect of your simple acts. Are you doing as many acts of kindness as you can?

You are free to share these nuggets with others. We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give. Be a giver in a world of takers.

Be blessed and be a blessing to others.

Soft Heart and Thick Skin

Soft Heart and Thick Skin

We can be in the world without being of the world. Average means being mediocre.

1.      We hear 15,000 negatives about ourselves by young adulthood. What are you spreading to younger generations?
2.      No wonder we spend a lifetime getting rid of negativity. What are you doing to get rid of your negativity?
3.      Express more gratitude for what you do have. How often do you count your blessings?
4.      Take positive action to fully open your heart. What are you doing to soften your heart?
5.      We are only able to give what we love and teach what we know. Are you teachable?
6.      Ability to communicate is the key to lasting relationships. How good a communicator are you?
7.      Ability to forgive heals wounds and restores faith. Why are you a great forgiver?

You are free to share these nuggets with others. We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give. Be a giver in a world of takers.

Be blessed and be a blessing to others.

1.      We are all free to alter who we are anytime. Why wait to be a better you?

2.      We are responsible for the results we have in our lives. If you don’t like the results in your life, why not change your ways?

3.      Love reveals you to you. Do you like who you see in the mirror?

4.      Face your Goliaths and deal with them. Guess who attracted the Goliaths in the first place?

5.      Never relinquish your individuality. Why sell yourself short? You are worth a lot more than you think.

6.      Deep silence allows you to listen with your heart. What is your heart telling you?

Self-Evident Truths

Self-Evident Truths

The author Oliver DeMille in his latest book, We Hold These Truths To Be Self-Evident, explains why we are losing our freedoms. Here are 7 nuggets I gleaned from reading the work from this great freedom fighter:

1.      We are losing our freedoms very fast.
2.      Our founding fathers created a free nation because they understood freedom.
3.      Our culture is purposefully being dumbed down.
4.      Our government keeps growing and breaking the natural laws essential to a free nation.
5.      Our nation’s problems grow in proportion to the growth of our government.
6.      We will never fix our problems until we obey the natural laws, the laws above humanity.
7.      We must understand natural laws and old those above manmade laws if we are to remain free.

Learn the 12 natural laws that our government is breaking: the law of supremacy, authority, limits, delegation, force, decline, power, gaps, vital few, liberty, economy, and the law of progress.

Freedom requires entrepreneurial thinking, character, creativity, innovation, initiative, ingenuity, and tenacity.

There is power in applying the knowledge in DeMille’s latest book. Get the book, read it, study it, and apply the 12 essential laws so we can remain free as a nation.

Those who are free and don’t fight for those who aren't will lose their freedom.

Pain + Patience = Prosperity

Pain + Patience = Prosperity

1.      Pain and anxiety are warnings of positive things to come. Are you willing to endure the pain to grow and the patience to wait for the prize?

2.      Loving and trusting relationships are our greatest possessions. How much time and money are you investing in your relationships?

3.      Patience allows us to discover those who cherish us. Are you willing to love others where they are at?

4.      Our freedoms should be guarded each and every day. What are you doing to protect our precious freedoms?

5.      We only start living when we are ready to die at any moment. Are you then ready to start living?

6.      There are certain truisms that just must be accepted. Why are you putting under scrutiny things that should simply be accepted?

7.      Patience is no longer a common trait in our culture. Why not break the mold and demonstrate patience in an impatient world?

Let’s apply what we learn here and share these nuggets with others.

We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give.

Be a giver in a world of takers.

Be blessed and be a blessing to others.

The Wonderful Life

Life can be what we desire it to be

1.       Honest compliments are powerful gifts that cost nothing. Who have you complimented today?

2.       If you are curious and enthusiastic and over 50 expect criticism and envy. Critics are necessary, just don’t listen to them?

3.       Joy is found in the adventure of the moment and in the most common places. A great life is made up of joyous moments.

4.       Be highly encouraged by what you don’t know. Our education starts when we think we know everything.

5.       See counsel only if you plan to do something with it. Why seek advice to go on and do nothing about it?

6.       Our subconscious mind software is powerful. Is your mind being run by outdated software infected with multiple viruses?

7.       We keep young by being challenged by changes and motivated by our dreams. What makes you get up in the morning with a zest for life?

Be blessed and be a blessing to others.
